The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Petra Molnár, Flodesk Maven (a trading name of Luna Business Consulting Limited, registered in Ireland).

The term “Site” refers to https://flodeskmaven.com/ website.

The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, and any other users of the Site.

This Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Cookie Policy are designed to explain how we collect, use, share, and protect the personal information you provide to us when you access our Site, purchase our goods or services, or engage with us on social media, as well as your own rights to the information we collect.

By providing us with your data, you warrant to us that you are over 18 years of age.

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and terms of service.

If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.


All work carried out by Petra Molnár, Flodesk Maven (Luna Business Consulting Limited) is on the understanding that the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Unless stated otherwise, all content (text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout etc.) included on this Site are the property of Petra Molnár (Luna Business Consulting Limited), our affiliates or other relevant third parties.

By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge that this content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. No content from this Site may be used, sold, re-created, modified, copied, distributed or shared without prior written permission.

All prices indicated on the relevant pages of the Site are net prices unless otherwise stated.

If and where applicable, VAT will be added to the quote and invoice showing the total amount payable.

Please note prices are subject to change. Upon enquiry, you will be emailed a detailed quote. This quote is valid for 30 days. Once a deposit has been paid, prices are secured, and they are no longer subject to change (excluding any additions/alterations to your order).

In the event of late cancellation by the client, any payments made are non-refundable.

In the rare instance that the project is cancelled by myself, you will receive a full refund.

Any information given on the potential duration of a project is to be considered by the client as an estimate only. I will do my best to notify you of any reason that may cause a delay to the duration of your project; however, I cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances.

I usually work Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT. Working as a digital entrepreneur, my hours are quite flexible. I accommodate my working hours based on the client’s location and time zone. I generally take a maximum of 2 days off per week. If you do not hear from me for two days in a row, this can be why.

Flodesk training sessions

Flodesk training sessions can be requested as either a 30-minute session or a 60-minute session by providing your client data for billing and invoicing purposes and by listing all your questions about Flodesk and email marketing via the inquiry form on our Site.

You will be sent a service agreement for electronic signature.

Upon the service fee being paid, we send you our appointment scheduler link where you can reserve your slot in our schedule at a date and time that suits you the best.

You can request to reschedule your planned Flodesk training session one time, free of charge, if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

For late notifications, less than 24 hours before the planned session or for a second postponement request, we charge an additional 15 USD reschedule fee.

Flodesk setup and migration services

Complete Flodesk setup and migration services can be requested by providing your client data for billing and invoicing purposes and by listing all the details and requirements via the inquiry form on our Site.

Based on the details you provided, you will be sent a proposal, including the projected service fee for the requested services based on volume and complexity.

The finalised service agreement will be sent to you for electronic signature.

Upon the service fee paid, we will book your project in our schedule, and we will complete the setup and migration according to the signed service agreement.
